DOG PPL, Santa Monica’s canine social club for dogs and their humans, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Club Support team member to help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience of our club.

As a Club Support team member, you play an essential behind-the-scenes role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the club. Your work ensures the space remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. This role supports all departments by maintaining a safe, sanitary, and well-kept environment so our members, their dogs, and our team can enjoy the club to its fullest.

Responsibilities:

• Pride in the Space: Take ownership of the club’s overall cleanliness by completing regular walkthroughs of the grounds, promptly cleaning up dog waste, and ensuring all areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the day. While members are responsible for picking up after their dogs, Club Support helps maintain the space when items are missed.

• Bathroom Care: Maintain restrooms to the highest standard. Ensure bathrooms are always clean, tidy, fully stocked, and ready for use, addressing any issues quickly and proactively.

• Club Cleanliness: Perform ongoing cleaning and reset tasks including wiping down surfaces, organizing shared spaces, picking up any cups or trash left behind, emptying trash bins, and maintaining high-touch areas.

• Stock & Supplies: Monitor and restock essential supplies such as poop bags, paper products, cleaning materials, and other club essentials to ensure nothing runs out during service.

• Supportive Presence: Assist other teams as needed to help maintain smooth operations and a positive member experience during regular hours and special events.

• Event Support: Help prepare, maintain, and reset the space before, during, and after events to ensure the club continues to look and feel welcoming as guest flow changes.

• Operational Duties: Complete opening, hourly, and closing tasks to ensure the club is set up for success at the start of the day and properly cleaned, organized, and secured at closing.

• Safety & Standards: Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines while helping uphold club policies to ensure a safe environment for both dogs and humans.
