WHAT TO KNOW
*What to expect from the class?
Coreology's Signature Sculpt is a high energy, full-body workout using high reps and cardio elements to sculpt, define and build lean muscle. For this mat-based class, we will use resistance bands and your own body weight to sweat to the beat of the music for a fun and effective total body workout!
*What to Bring:
Workout mat
Plastic or metal water bottle (no glass, please)
Hat (for protection from the sun)
