Join us for a morning of movement and wellness! Start with a mat Pilates class led by Equinox, then reset with breathwork and a cold plunge from Ice Pass. Enjoy a one-on-one stretch with StretchLab, and stop by the DOG by Dr Lisa station for custom robe embroidery for your pup.

StretchLab: Sign-up for your one-on-one session with an expert flexologist here! *What to Bring to Cold Plunge:

  1. Towel (you can use this post cold plunge as well to dry off!)

  2. Bathing Suit (if you're planning to cold plunge!) *What to Bring for the Work Out Class:

  3. Workout mat

  4. Towel (to lay on your mat if needed)

  5. Plastic or metal water bottle (no glass please)

  6. Hat (for protection from the sun)

*Only dogs that are members are allowed in the park.
