Position:
Part-Time Position to Full-Time Opportunity: Barista/Bartender
We are seeking a passionate dog lover with service industry experience, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting, to join our team.

Compensation:
~$24 p/h
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.

Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and personalized service.

Maintain a clean and organized cafe and bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to management.

Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health codes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Previous experience as a barista / bartender or in a similar role preferred

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

RBS / LEADS certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring

Reliable transportation

Must be 21 or over
