Calling all dog lovers: want to turn your love of pups into a career? We are DOG PPL, a canine social club looking for dog attendants for our first off-leash member’s park. We created DOG PPL to give city dogs room to roam and give their owners a place to hang.
If you’re anything like us, seeing a dog makes your day, you secretly enjoy puppy breath, and your Insta explore page is probably filled with dogs. We are building a dog park for dog people by dog people. If you consider yourself a dog fanatic and want to be surrounded by furry friends all day, this is the pawfect job for you.
Dog Cafe Attendant
Responsibilities and Duties
•
Craft an awesome first impression to customers and their dogs by providing a best-in-class customer service experience
•
Using an automated coffee machine, you will need to consistently execute cafe orders to meet our brand expectations
•
Help to providing a safe and clean store environment
•
Maintain accurate cash handling and follow proper protocol for securing store funds; Be available to open and close the shop, following the closing checklist
•
Communicate needs of customer and store to the Manager and ensure availability of inventory and services by communicating with the Manager

Qualifications and Skills
•
Must love dogs! Will get to interact with pups and their owners all-day
•
Sales experience a huge plus
•
Knowledge and experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems
•
Strong people skills as you will be interacting with the owners of the dogs and will be the face of our customer park experience
•
Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
•
Comfortable around dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds
•
Responsible, reliable, honest, and able to work well independently and as a team
•
Availability to work morning, mid-day, nights, and potentially holidays
•
Ability to be physically active and lift up to 50 lbs
•
High School diploma or equivalent
•
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cooperate seamlessly with co-workers, management, and shift leaders
•
Ability to work & think independently, make quality decisions in the absence of a supervisor
