Are you passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for people and their dogs?:
DOG PPL, Santa Monica;s canine social club for dogs and their humans, is seeking an engaging and proactive Member Concierge to support and enhance our front-facing team.
As a Member Concierge, you'll play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the club. You'll help uphold our hospitality standards, foster a welcoming and well-organized environment, and act as the go-to support for the concierge team. This role bridges team needs with leadership direction, ensuring everyone has the tools, guidance, and communication they need to deliver top-tier service.
Responsibilities:

Warm Welcomes: Be the face of DOG PPL. Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, offering a friendly, personalized experience from the start creating a memorable first impression.

Effortless Check-Ins: Ensure pup members and their humans feel valued while managing check-ins efficiently and accurately.

Membership Support: Verify memberships, assist with vaccination records, and provide guidance with a hospitality-first mindset.

Trusted Concierge: Serve as a go to resource, answering questions with warmth and expertise for members and non-members both in person and over the phone.

Retail Experience: Provide thoughtful recommendations while overseeing retail checkout, ensuring the shop is inviting and well-stocked.

Genuine Advocacy: Share your passion for DOG PPL with genuine enthusiasm, highlighting its unique benefits and encouraging potential members to join our community without being overly sales-focused.

Impeccable Atmosphere & Presentation: Conduct routine club walkthroughs to keep every area clean, organized, and inviting. Ensure chairs are always tucked in, amenity baskets are perfectly centered and fully stocked, and the space maintains a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.

Club Coordination: Work closely with all teams to manage member flow and maintain an enjoyable environment for all.

Event Engagement: Welcome guests accordingly during events, manage attendee flow, and promote upcoming events through engaging conversations

Operational: Complete opening, hourly, and closing duties, ensuring the club is ready to shine at the start of the day and is properly secured and organized at closing.

Safety: Uphold club policies, ensuring both members and their dogs follow safety guidelines.
